Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for developing and implementing TikTok operation strategies in overseas markets, including content creation and user interaction.
2. Familiar with TikTok platform rules and influencer marketing tactics, innovating operations, exploring new methods, staying sensitive to changes in TikTok traffic, and making timely strategic adjustments.
3. Manage cross-border small store operations in the US region, including influencer marketing in the early stages and short video traffic growth/full-cycle store operations in the later stages.
4. Maintain an understanding of and keen sense for the TikTok merchandising ecosystem; continuously explore and identify high-quality bestselling products for testing and development into a successful vertical product matrix.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a CET-6 level or above in English.
2. At least 2 years of experience in TikTok operations, a strong interest in social media, familiarity with the TikTok platform and its features, with preference given to those who have successful case studies on TikTok.
3. Capable of data analysis; able to understand and interpret key data, extract valuable information, and optimize operational strategies.
4. Good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively cooperate with team members and partners.
