French Small Platform Operations Team Leader

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage accounts on French local e-commerce platforms (such as Cdiscount, Rakutan, Fnac, etc.), ensuring their security and stable operation. Be responsible for product pricing, listing, maintaining, and optimizing listing pages to enhance product exposure and conversion rates.

  2. Analyze the French market conditions and competitor situations, identify product advantages, and formulate and adjust sales strategies. Conduct regular market research to understand consumer needs and market trends, providing a basis for product development and optimization.

  3. Write product descriptions, collect and organize product-related information, and improve product information to enhance product attractiveness and competitiveness. Be responsible for listing products on multiple platforms and optimizing link information to improve sales performance across different platforms.

  4. Promptly reply to store emails and handle complaints and disputes to ensure account security and maintain the store's positive rating and credibility. Maintain good communication with customers to resolve their issues and improve customer satisfaction.

  5. Lead the operations team in formulating and executing sales plans and promotional activities to improve sales performance. Train and guide team members to enhance the team's overall operational level.

  6. Regularly collect and analyze sales data, identify issues, and formulate solutions. Control store operational risks, utilize data analysis tools for data mining and analysis, and provide data support for decision-making.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in French or a study background in France/Belgium being preferred. Relevant platform work experience may allow for relaxation of the educational requirement to a college diploma.

  2. Proficient in using office software and automation equipment, with strong French comprehension, expression, and writing skills. Possess excellent learning abilities and stress resistance, able to quickly grasp the company's business training content and related knowledge and skills.

  3. Over 2 years of experience in managing operations on French platforms or relevant cross-border e-commerce operations is preferred. Familiar with the process rules and policies of French e-commerce platforms, with the ability to independently operate accounts.

  4. Flexible and logical thinking, with good communication skills and a strong teamwork spirit. Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a clear mindset, and attention to detail in considering issues.
